Supervision approach

Hannah offers an open, supportive, and transparent supervision style, grounded in professional growth and reflective learning.

Using a strengths-based, solution-focused model, she incorporates reflective practice to enhance learning from experience. Her trauma-informed approach prioritises self-care, wellbeing, and awareness of the emotional demands of the work.

Her practice draws on attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, and feminist theory, creating an integrated, holistic framework that emphasises:

Supervision is suited to:

  • Social workers (new or experienced) seeking reflective, developmental, and supportive learning spaces

  • Social workers pursuing mental health accreditation

  • Clinicians seeking therapeutic case consultation in sexual assault and/or family violence

  • EMDR practitioners seeking case consultation (hours not applicable toward EMDRAA accreditation)
