Journey to Growth uses Halaxy, an Australian health platform designed for both practitioners and clients. Halaxy provides a safe, encrypted space for Telehealth sessions, scheduling, and health records, ensuring your information remains private and protected.

Telehealth Guide

Booking your session

  • Visit our website

  • Click ‘Book a Session’

  • Select ‘Telehealth’ as the session type

  • Choose your preferred date and time

  • Enter your personal details and payment information

  • Double-check your contact details so you can receive reminders

Preparing for your session

  • Dress as if you were attending an in-person appointment

  • Use a device with a working camera and microphone

  • Find a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted

  • Ensure a strong internet connection and that your device is fully charged

  • Have headphones handy to improve sound quality and privacy

  • Click your Halaxy link a few minutes early

  • Allow access to your camera and microphone when prompted

  • You’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room until your therapist joins

  • Keep your mobile phone charged and nearby as a backup in case of connection issues

Accessing your session

  • Look for your Halaxy Telehealth link in your email or SMS reminders

  • At your appointment time, click the link

  • If prompted, allow access to your camera and microphone
